HOW TO FLASH STOCK FIRMWARES ON XPERIA DEVICES USING FLASHTOOL

THIS IS A TUTORIAL OF FLASHING firmwares on xperia devices using flashtool.you can reflash the firmware of your bricked device if you need to repair it.just follow the steps correctly and it's done.

You need a device with an unlocked bootloader to flash the firmware.

GETTING READ
DOWNLOAD THE REQUIRED FILES FROM THE FOLLOWING LINKS FOR FLASHING

1.Download the firmware of you device from here
2.Download Flashtool from here

INSTALLING FLASHTOOL AND FLASHTOOL DRIVERS

Install the Flashtool setup you download from the above link.
Go to C:\Flashtool\drivers folder and run Flashtool drivers setup.

Click "Next" and tic "flashomde drivers" and "fastboot" drivers and the driver for your device as shown in the following image.

Now go to C:\Flashtool\firmwares folder and delete everything in that folder.
Then copy the firmware you downloaded(.ftf file) into C:\Flashtool\firmwares folder.

FLASHING

1.Enable USB debugging mode in your Xperia smart phone.(You can find that in Settings=>Developer options)
2.Connect your device to your computer.
3.Run Flashtool
4.Click icon

5. Select Flashmode and click "OK"
6. Tic "Wipe Data","Wipe Cache" and "No final
7. Click "flash" button and wait until the following screen appears.
8. Now disconnect USB cable from your phone.
9. Reconnect the USB cable while pressing and holding Back button(for smartphones like Xperia Arc,Xperia Arc S,Xperia neo) or Volume Down button(for smartphones like Xperia P,Xperia Tipo,Xperia V)
10. Now your device smartphone should start flashing.Wait untill the process is completed.
11. Then disconnect the USB cable and turn on your smartphone.

IT'S DONE!!!! NOTE THAT THE FIRST START MAY TAKE A WHILE AFTER FLASHING THE FIRMWARE.
